We will do our best to solve any problems or issues.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given for training courses once they have been completed. Refunds of deposits will not be given for training courses, consulting or other services at any time.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a training course for any reason within 14 days of the event no refund will be given. If you are unable to attend for any reason we will endeavour to place you on a future course but can not guarantee this will be possible.
If you wish to cancel a consulting or service delivery project for any reason your deposit will not be refunded.
